Fourteen days, no questions asked.

If a paid Vivascri tier is not for you, tell us within 14 days of the purchase and we refund it in full. You do not need a reason. Last updated 4 September 2026.

How to get a refund

• Email support@vivascri.com with the order number from your receipt (or reply to the receipt email itself).
• We refund within 14 days of purchase, in full, to the original payment method. A renewal counts as a new purchase with its own 14-day window.
• Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record and the legal seller of your purchase. They usually appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
• Sales tax or VAT collected on the order is refunded with it.

After 14 days

Cancel any time from the receipt email or the customer portal; cancelling stops the next renewal and your paid features stay active until the end of the period already paid. We do not pro-rate partial periods after the 14-day window, but if something is broken and we cannot fix it, write to us anyway and we will sort it out.

The free tier

The free download costs nothing and needs no account, so there is nothing to refund. Everything you write with it stays on your computer whether or not you ever pay us.
